Oh WOW!! The flavours in this are simply divine! This is definitely going into my weekly rotation of meals for a while. I substituted another can of chickpeas as my husband isn’t a fan of sweetcorn. The sauce… YUM

I paired with jasmine rice and a dollop of soy yogurt to balance out the spice. Super tasty and really simple to follow. I don't like sweetcorn so didn't add that and taste & texture still perfect

Absolutely delicious! I added half the amount of lemon as my partner isnt keen on lemon in food and it was plenty. I also only used 2 tins of chickpeas which was more than enough. Will be making this part of our regular rotation - thanks Gigi!
