Creamy Green Masala Butter Beans with Honey Sriracha Tofu Bites

A vibrant, protein-packed bowl that's as nourishing as it is bold. Butter beans are warmed through in a silky blended green masala sauce, fresh coriander, basil, mint, and spinach with warming spices and nutritional yeast, then topped with sticky, caramelised sriracha tofu bites. Ready in under 30 minutes and seriously impressive for the effort involved.
