🌾 For a GF option use certified gluten-free oats, and check your baking powder is GF.
🫙 Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
❄️ Freezer: Slice and freeze in a single layer for up to 2 months. Thaw or warm through before eating.
💡 Firmer than a classic baked oats, so it slices and holds together like a soft breakfast bar - great for eating on the go. For a cosier serving, warm a slice through and top with a dollop of unsweetened soya yoghurt, a drizzle of maple syrup and some fresh fruit.

What ripeness of bananas have you made this with? I know classic banana bread they have to be very ripe. But being a bar are firmer ones the way to go? As soon as I get your reply, I’m gonna buy some bananas and make these!!
