Don't hate me 😓 I think the app doesn't do the proportions correctly when you swtich from 2 to 3 people, because it really didn't work : although I followed all instructions the sauce dried out almost instantly as soon as the heat was out. It was very dry and bitter at the same time. I'm sure it can be delicious given everybody's feedback, but it didn't work for me unfortunatel, it is unpleasant to eat, the texture is weird. I have so much of it leftover 😓 BUT I love all your other recipes ❤️

Hi Laetitia, so sorry it didn't work for you! Feedback is always welcome so please don't feel bad about it! A couple of things that in my opinion could have gone wrong with this recipe: Have you used extra firm or firm tofu? Because the firmness determines how thick the sauce will be. For the dryness, if you add the sauce to a hot pan the difference in temperature between the pan and the sauce can cause it to dry out a bit as the moisture evaporates quickly, that's one of the reasons we add a splash of pasta cooking water. The bitterness is most likely from the lemon zest, if any of the white pith gets peeled off along with the yellow zest it can turn the sauce bitter, so it's important to only remove the yellow part. I'll make a note to clarify that in the instructions! Lastly, the proportions when you increase a serving are calculated automatically so it's just a straightforward increase, nothing should be off there. I'm really sorry it didn't work for you this time, but I really hope this helps if you give it another go, and so glad you're loving the other recipes ❤️

Delicious. Even without the fresh basil as garnish, which we had ready, but again were so excited to eat because it smelled so good that we forgot to take a photo AND to put the basil on top.

Super easy and yummy! I enjoyed the bright lemony flavour. I added sliced, steamed zucchini for extra veggy & fiber.

The sauce came together so easily and perfectly complimented the Pappardelle. My daughter was over for dinner and she loved it! Paired it with a nice green salad.
