Super easy and yummy! I enjoyed the bright lemony flavour. I added sliced, steamed zucchini for extra veggy & fiber.

The sauce came together so easily and perfectly complimented the Pappardelle. My daughter was over for dinner and she loved it! Paired it with a nice green salad.

Just made It with sun-dried tomatoes "mollica" ! It has a lovely silky consistency and it's amazing with the lemon flavour! I'll make this many more times 😍
