You can easily adjust this mix by adding or swapping whatever seeds or nuts you have in your cupboard. Sprinkle over soups, salads, pastas, dips — or anything that could use a little crunch and nourishment. 🫙 Store in the cupboard for up to 2–3 weeks. ❄️ Not suitable for freezing.

Will the heat Crack open the whole flax seeds? Could we use crushed flax seeds instead?

They shouldn't crack open - the recipe doesn't require you to toast them for long (it's important you don't as then they would burn!) If you use crushed flax seeds, the texture will be different and the flavour less powerful if you don't toast them. Hope that helps! xxx
