The tiny human devoured it too? That’s a very good sign 😂 And yes, next time we definitely need the photo before it disappears!

Loved it. New staple! Also good without the vegan mozzarella topping if you are short on time.

We all loved it. My husband asked me what kind of cheese I used and couldn't believe it's vegan and I made it myself.

You could transfer everything to a baking dish before adding the mozzarella topping! Make sure the pan isn't too crowded, so it bakes evenly. 😊 let me know if you try it x

Delicious! Taste just like pizza. Made a slice of sourdough garlic bread to dip in it. Will definitely make again.

A lovely recipe! I was worried about the mozzarella tasting too coconut-y, but it rounded out during baking/grilling. Had some fresh oregano left over from another recipe so scattered that on top and put all the basil in the sauce. Perfect for a chilly Australian winter evening!

Gorgeous picture Ash! 😍 So glad the mozzarella turned out perfectly, that coconut flavour really does round out so nicely once it's cooked. The oregano on top sounds like such a great addition!
