Had this on Christmas and it was LOVELY even my uncle who is the first to hate on vegan anything said it was great. Instead of breadcrumbs used crispy, fried shredded onions on top. I did not have potato starch or cornstarch so used a bit of flour and it was fine. Really excited to use this as my new go to for friends potlucks!
