Just made it and it tastes great..hopefully even better when I serve it tomorrow night. Didn’t need the full 250ml of stock. Also didn’t have red beans so made with a tin of black beans and a handful of freshly cooked chickpeas 😊

Delish! So easy to make, threw in some cannellini beans as well as red kidney beans to make up the amount I needed. Frozen sofrito plus an extra sliced onion, frozen spinach. And hey presto, a nice big batch for my freezer stash! Grazie x

So so good - my first recipe from the app and such a perfect winter comfort meal. This is also the recipe that finally made me like nutritional yeast again. I used to love it, but a few months ago I made vegan mac and cheese which turned out awful. Ever since then I couldn’t bear the smell/taste of nutritional - until now at least :))
