For the best flavour, marinate the tofu overnight if you can — it makes a noticeable difference to the depth of the smoky glaze. 🌾 Naturally gluten-free — just ensure your dark soy sauce is certified gluten-free, or swap for tamari. 🫙 Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed jar or container. ❄️ The tofu bacon can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer before assembling.
