🌾 For a GF option use gluten-free tortillas and GF-certified breadcrumbs.
🫙 Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
❄️ Freeze for up to 2 months.
💡 Dipping the tortillas in water is a secret pro-tip; it makes them pliable so they won't crack when you're folding your pockets!

Yummy! Honestly mine looks more like a Mexican lasagna, but it was really good. It was quite a process but the best thing about this recipe is that I had more than enough time to clean the kitchen in between the steps so now all that's left to do is start the dishwasher 😂 Also I think the amount could feed three persons.

Haha, I think Mexican lasagna looks delicious! 😂 And finishing dinner with only the dishwasher left to do is definitely a result. So glad you liked it! xx

Yummy. Didn't have large tortillas so I used this as a taco filling instead and it was delicious.
