🌾 Swap for a GF orzo (Rummo does a GF version), or substitute the orzo with short-grain brown rice or pearl quinoa Double-check your white miso is rice-based (most are) and not barley-based.
🫙 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Loosen with a splash of water or stock when reheating, as the orzo will drink up the sauce.
❄️ Not recommended to freeze the finished dish (orzo turns mushy on thawing). The herb sauce alone freezes well — pour into an ice-cube tray, freeze, then defrost a few cubes when you want to make it again.

Cooked it twice already and love it. It's so simple and tasty. First I thought that there was too much liquid but it all works out perfectly. Simply in love with it!
