I can never find smoked tofu so I used regular and added smoked paprika instead. Such great flavors!

Are you in the uk? Aldi sell smoked tofu. Also a company called Tofoo and I’ve found that in Tesco. Aldi one is cheaper and really good.

Hi Cheryl - I'm not an expert on US stores, but it looks like you're right that smoked tofu is less common in the US than in UK/Europe. It seems that it is available either in speciality Asian supermarkets (H-Mart, 99 Ranch, Mitsuwa) or in health food chains (Sprouts Farmers Market, Wholefoods or Winco Foods) - look for brands like Imperial Taste, Hodo, Big Mountain, Viana or SoyBoy. It also seems that there may be some great online options too which ship across the US (Weee! and Lily's Vegan Pantry). Hope that helps!! 💛💛

It’s mind blowing how such a quick recipe can taste so rich and delicious! There is no chopping or cooking (except boiling the pasta lol) which is PERFECT for a busy weekday! Honestly, I tried this recipe mainly because I only had 15 mins but the taste exceeded my expectations so I will do it again for suuuuuure. Thank you so much Gigi you’re brilliant <3
