Definitely a trust the process recipe. At first the mixture looked really dry and crumbly but once refrigerated it came together perfectly.

F flaxseed work well as a direct swap. I’d grind them so they’ll bind better to the rest of the ingredients x

Soooo yummy! :D I will be doing it again for sure! I had to add a little bit of water to be able to blend it properly (unfortunately I do not have a strong blender and it was a lot of preassure on my handblender ) so the mix turned out with not the right consistency (still yummy, though).. any tip on that you can share? :) Thanks a lot!

So glad you liked the taste! Total win, even with the hand blender struggle! A handy trick for next time is to blend everything in smaller batches and then just stir it all together in a big bowl at the end. It saves your motor and keeps that perfect texture without needing to water it down. Let me know if you try them again x
