Love the recipe! I changed only a bit and used air fried Tofu and used glass noodles instead of Soba and added some butter beans I had left. And of course team cilantro 😉

Came out delicious. It’s so nice to find an alternative to heavy coconut milk. I used unsweetened soy milk. I’ll definitely try this again. I added some crumbled tofu since I had extra leftover. I always follow your recipe for 2 portions but feel like they should be for three! Haha! Thanks Gigi! 👌

I’m so happy you enjoyed it! Unsweetened soy and pea milk are my go-tos for exactly that reason, they keep it creamy without changing the flavour. Great shout on the crumbled tofu, too! Haha, I hear you! Portion sizes are so personal, I always say it's better to have a bit extra for leftovers than not enough xx

Such a lovely and easy recipe! I wish I had read the comments before making, as I would have replaced the guioza (which I didnt have) with tofu. Oh well- next time! I added a cheeky little seaweed paste for some sweetness.

Chose this recipe after browsing for something quick but full of protein and yummmm that was delicious! With a few modifications as what I had on hand(kale and spinach instead of broccoli and bok Choi, air fryed tofu instead of tofu gyoza) it hit the spot so much for me and my husband! Next time I will add more peanut butter because due to only having crunchy one I feel like it needed a tad bit more. Will definitely be making this again! Thank you Gigi! ☺️

Didn’t have gyoza so I air fried some sliced tofu with sesame oil and soy sauce. Topped with sesame seeds and chili crisp. Really easy!
