Can I omit the coconut oil? I don't have any. Thanks!

Hey Elina, as a fat source, coconut oil interferes with the formation of large ice crystals, which would otherwise happen here since you're using frozen fruit. If you don't have any, you can omit it; just be mindful that they’ll need to rest for a bit longer out of the freezer to soften -probably about 15 minutes.

Love them! my only doubt is that inside they remain very iced, while in your video the texture seems very soft. Do you leave them out of the fridge before eating? thanks!

Hey Sara - yep 100%. They are nice frozen, but I would usually leave them out for 5-10 minutes so that they soften up a bit! xx
