In a jar with a lid, combine the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, white miso paste, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and a pinch of salt and pepper. add about 3 tablespoons of water. Seal and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the miso has fully dissolved and the dressing looks smooth and glossy. Add a splash more water to thin, if needed.
