Delicious! Used good quality jar of butter beans. Fab dinner (generous portions and some leftover too) and will definitely make it again!

Second time I’ve made this and it’s definitely a winner. The flavours all work so well together. My freezer is fillling up with batch cooked food which is fab since I’m often too tired to cook after a long day at work! Frozen spinach and Queen Butter Beans for the win. Grazie x

Easy and delicius recepie. I didn t have spinach so I put broccoli and insted of nutritional yeast soya sos and tahini. The Ask Gigi is a great tool when you need to swap an ingridient.
