This is a deyond "Oh mamma" miracle pot! It's absolutely delicious Gigi, what a flavour from these so please ingredients 🥰 Didn't have yeast so swapped with parmesan and replace edamame with garden peas. Added some chillies for heat but on mamma this is unbelievable tasty! I'm not vegan, however I love cooking and eating vegan so much more lately! Thank you Gigi 😍 Love your recipes! Keep up the fantastic effort you put!!!

Served mine with piadina. I might turn the other portion to a chunky soup. Lovely flavour and easy to make. The miso really gives it a fab umami taste!

We swapped beans with red lentils and it was delicious! I made the swap following the AI chat advice, it’s a feature that I’ve just started using and it can be very helpful when you’re missing one ingredient at home!!

An explosion of flavours! I only had silverbeet and chickpeas at home, so I had to replace the spinach and beans in the recipe. I smashed some chickpeas for creaminess. It has an asian kick - so will have it with rice next time, instead of the sourdough.

Delicious! I didn't have frozen spinach so I used some left over broccoli I had left in the fridge. Worked out fabulously with the fresh spinach I had added toward the end cooking.

Super scrummy!! 🫶🏻 Only issue I had was the spinach was a little over powering in flavour and the lemon didn’t add enough ‘zing’ so maybe I’ll add more lemon next time! Still absolutely worth a try!
