I made it with brown rice and no mango (it went bad). Im not a big tofu fan but I try. This recipe helped change that. Crispy tofu with that gochujang spice was perfect!! Thank you I forgot to take a pic 😒

Oh this was sooo good! 😌 My husband who enjoys cooking praised the recipe and said he had never had anything like this before. Spiciness and lime go so well together. Will definitely make it again!
