Gochujang Tofu Poke Bowl

Bold, sticky, fresh and a little bit fiery, this is the bowl you’ll be making on repeat. Gochujang-glazed smoked tofu, sweet mango, cool cucumber and a sriracha yoghurt over sushi rice. Korean-inspired flavours that hit every note: heat, umami, freshness and crunch.

I made it with brown rice and no mango (it went bad). Im not a big tofu fan but I try. This recipe helped change that. Crispy tofu with that gochujang spice was perfect!! Thank you I forgot to take a pic 😒

Love that you tried it even though tofu isn't usually your thing, and that it actually won you over!! 🙌 Crispy gochujang tofu really is a great gateway dish 😄 So glad the brown rice swap worked out too.

Oh this was sooo good! 😌 My husband who enjoys cooking praised the recipe and said he had never had anything like this before. Spiciness and lime go so well together. Will definitely make it again!
