What type of sun-dried tomatoes do you use? The ones in oil or just dried? Thnaks!

Hey Elina, either is fine. If I’m using the ones in oil I usually just remove the oil with a paper towel as I’m already using fresh olive oil in the recipe. Hope that helps x
