At first, I wasn’t sure if the tofu creme would work. It was a little tart - however it balanced the sweetness of the carrots perfectly. The lentils were such a nice addition. Swapped hazelnuts for pecans because it’s what I had on hand. 10/10. Will make it again. New holiday staple.

This was surprising, subtle, excellent and sophisticated flavours. I made it from a mixture of carrots and parsnips!
