Smoky Jalapeño Tofu Wraps

Bold, smoky, and deeply satisfying — these wraps are built around thin ribbons of jalapeño-marinated tofu, crisped up in the oven and loaded into a wholewheat tortilla with a fresh herby salad and a creamy jalapeño salsa. The marinade pulls double duty as both a coating for the tofu and a sauce for the wrap, keeping things simple without sacrificing flavour. High in plant-based protein and ready in under 30 minutes.

I added a million extra veggies to the wrap for my own personal enjoyment but the jalapeño flavor was still delightful! I would recommend adding more jalapeño than the recipe suggests if you like things spicy like me though!

Haha, I love a recipe that gets a little personalised! The extra veggies sound great, and I’m definitely on board with more jalapeño too 🌶️ x
