I'm struggling with these, they stick to my non-stick pan even with oil! What am I doing wrong?

Sorry they’re sticking, that’s so annoying! A few things that can help: make sure the pan’s properly hot before the batter goes in, if it’s poured onto a lukewarm pan it’ll sit and bond to the surface before a crust forms, so let the pan heat up first and test with a small drop of batter, it should sizzle straight away. Also try lowering the heat slightly once it’s going so the first layer doesn’t catch before it sets, and give it a bit longer before flipping, pulling too early tears the crust and leaves residue behind. I had a similar issue and it actually changed when I switched pans, so if you’ve got another one to try, it might be worth a go too x
