I made such a mess of these trying to prepare a post-partum freezer stash, thankfully ask Gigi was very helpful! I thought putting chickpea flour instead of powered nut butter would work but it really didn't and I had made 36 balls worth. Thankfully Ask Gigi told me to cook them off to cook the flour and stop them being bitter. It means they are a bit browner than intended, but delicious! Hopefully good for supporting breastfeeding too 😊

Sara, I'm so sorry to hear about the initial mix-up, but so glad you found a helpful solution! Chickpea flour can definitely be a bit tricky raw, but you made it work. Hope motherhood is going well and the bites have become a tasty snack for you!

Amazing. I skipped the instant coffee, because I didn't have it at home. They are SO good! Will definitely make these again (and again)

These are absolutely delicious and easy to make! I made 14, different shapes and sizes (practice will make perfect, right 😉?!). Had to make a few swaps as I didn’t have everything in my pantry but very delicious indeed!
