🌾 For a GF option use gluten-free lasagna sheets and ensure your veggie stock and soy sauce are certified GF. 🫙 Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. ❄️ Freeze for up to 2 months. 💡 Notes: Breaking the lasagna sheets into chunks allows them to cook evenly in the sauce, just make sure they are submerged! The nutritional info below reflects the base recipe without the cashew queso or pesto toppings.
