I used a smaller tray and I have a gas oven, I guess I could have baked them a bit more, but either way, they were very nice! Boasting with flavour and satisfying! The dessicated coconut pairs beautifully with the other ingredients.

That makes sense, tray size and gas ovens can definitely change baking times. So glad you enjoyed them ! And yes, the desiccated coconut really brings everything together flavour-wise.
