Can I use oatmeal instead of oat bran or that would be a no-go ? I do also have oat flour but I don't want to buy a new pack of something I will likely never use again...

Oat flour you have already should work perfectly too 😊

If using canned beans, is this roughly 1 can? I am unsure about the metric to imperial conversion and dont want to get it wrong. Thanks🙏🏼

Yes, it's about one 400 g can. Once drained the weight of the beans is around 250g. Just make sure to drain and rinse them. Good luck with the bake! 😊

Really simple to make, personally I would add a bit more cacao and perhaps some vanilla essence for a little extra flavour.

Hey Natalia! 😊 Sorry about that! I’ve just updated the tray measurements, and that should help you get results much closer to what you see in the photo. Thanks so much for flagging it, and I hope it turns out perfect now 🤍 x

Thank you! And what a prompt response! 💜 It looks like the size I've used should be OK... I wonder what went wrong (I fully followed the recipe). It tastes amazing anyway! :)

Hey Natalia! So glad you liked it 💛 Honestly, from the picture it doesn’t look like anything went wrong at all. If it turned out a bit thinner than the recipe photo, it’s probably just because you used a round dish instead of a rectangular one, the batter spreads over a larger surface, so it won’t be as thick. 😊
