You can try using sunflower seeds instead of walnuts to keep it nut-free. You can also use the Ask Gigi function (you can find the button above the ingredients). The team developed it to be able to give instant swaps. Hope you enjoy the tweaks!

Made them already twice, once as biscuits and once a doubled portion as a traybake. Both time I used bananas instead of apples just because they were around, but I’ll try apples too. And I skipped the jam because I didn’t have your healthy chia raspberry jam, but that would be the best t level. Such a wholesome addition to our breakfast!
