Made them already twice, once as biscuits and once a doubled portion as a traybake. Both time I used bananas instead of apples just because they were around, but I’ll try apples too. And I skipped the jam because I didn’t have your healthy chia raspberry jam, but that would be the best t level. Such a wholesome addition to our breakfast!
