Delicious! I have never had tempeh before. This recipe gives a nice smokey taste, paired with the creamy avocado sauce…. It really filled my craving for a sandwich! I should have taken a photo…but I devoured it lol

This was so delicious on my homemade sourdough bread. The tempeh “bacon” was easy to make and better than pre packaged. The avocado spread has so much flavor- I love the addition of miso! I added a squeeze of lemon juice as well.
