I made this at Christmas and it was so good, I decided to make a chocolate mint version for New Year…. So I omitted the zest, replaced the OJ with water and mint extract and … voila! Another outstandingly good chocolate dessert. Topped with mint candy cane of course!

Incredible, not too sweet and such a yummy twist with the orange! Went perfectly for Christmas Day, people loved them so much that they took them “to go” for the car ride home 😂

Lovely! Glad they went down so well (and surprised people had space left over after Xmas lunch!)

Wow! Outstanding dessert! I used 50/50 dark chocolate and Terrys chocolate orange and the pomegranate seeds on top added a juicy pop as well as a Christmassy decoration! Another win with the family Gigi! Thank you!
