I have made these twice. The second time I used half cocoa powder and half chocolate protein powder. They came out just as good. I also add a pinch of salt because I do that in all of my baking.

Hi Viktoria! Baking would be my first option 😊 I’d probably avoid boiling, as the potatoes can retain too much water.
